Once any guests reached the 19th floor of the JW Marriot Marquis in downtown Miami, the aroma of exquisite food and the loud thump of lively music filled their senses. This was all part of Ingram Micro’s end of the year party titled Light The Night. The event had everything a guest could ask for.
The night started with music played by DJ while the guests network and settled into their tables. Guests could enjoy the light being reflected of the white drapes that engulfed the walls of the room, or enjoy the fresh air by the pool that reflected the festivity inside the room. Guests took their picture with the Lenovo models who were displaying the new IdeaPad Yoga while waiting for the formal dinner to begin.
The dinner was a three course meal, that serve a herb marinated filet mignon with Boursin potato gratin, bacon braised haricot vert, crispy yukon and red wine reduction. During the dessert, members of Ingram Micro distributed lighted foam sticks with party favors that included a light up sunglasses, light up ring and light up whistle. This is when the party truly wound up.
A live band took to the stage to play different genres of music and guests began hitting the dance floor. Music included merengue, salsa and current pop songs in both English and Spanish. The night wound down with a raffle of several prices provided by the many brands partners of Ingram Micro.
Marissa Burgos, Director of Sales and Product Management at Ingram Micro, wrapped up the party by thanking the guest for choosing to celebrate another successful year at Ingram Micro. She also thanked the various brands partners without whom the night would not be possible. The brands included: APC by Schneider Electric, Apple, Bixolon, Brother, Cisco, Eaton, Epson, Honeywell, HP, Intel, Kingston, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft, Sony, Western Digital, Symantec and Zebra Technologies.
